OCR: PAGE 26 Section KK - Hops We are especially proud of this selection of 24 HOP VARIETIES. We are able to + stock all these because we buy most of our hops direct from the grower in large quantities. We buy only the latest harvest (old hops are cheaper), and we require an actual ALPHA ACID ANALYSIS on the hops we buy. This is important. ALPILA is the bitterness level. We keep our hops sealed and refrigerated until they are sold. All our Hop Pellets are in reclosable containers. Our hop containers hold two ounces when full, so it's easy to estimate the amount used. Most brewers like to keep an assortment of partly used containers in their freezer. That way, you are able to use a varlety of hops in a recipe. Hops are a lot of fun to experiment with and blend for different flavor and aroma effects in beer. All our Hops are in 2-oz. Packs. Prices are per Pack.
